Eligibility and responsible purchasing

You may only purchase products containing alcohol if you are legally permitted to do so in your location. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you. We may request proof of eligibility and may refuse or cancel an order when required by law or when eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Products, prices, and availability

We work to keep product descriptions, prices, and availability current. Listings may change, and an item in your cart is not reserved. The final product availability and order total are confirmed during checkout. If a listing or price is incorrect, we will contact you before completing the affected order.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to payment verification and product availability. Payments are processed through Fonepay. A full-payment order is finalized after the payment is verified. For an eligible partial payment, the amount paid and remaining balance are shown with the order; please follow the payment instructions provided by the store to settle any outstanding balance.

Delivery

Delivery options, route pricing, and the delivery destination are presented during checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate address and delivery location. Delivery timing and availability depend on the destination and operational conditions. Please ensure someone legally eligible to receive the order is available.

Cancellations and support

If you need help with an order, contact us as soon as possible and provide the order number. Any cancellation, refund, or other remedy is handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
